Abstract

Sistem informasi dan teknologi telah menjadi komponen yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan bisnis dan organisasi dimana sistem informasi dan teknologi dapat membantu segala jenis bisnis untuk meningkatkan efesiensi dan efektifitas proses bisnis, pengambilan keputusan manajerial dan kerja sama kelompok kerja hingga dapat memperkuat posisi kompetitif bisnis dan organisasi dalam pasar yang cepat sekali berubah. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan studi kasus untuk Pemodelan Sistem Informasi Penggajian (Studi Kasus: Dosen Tidak Tetap STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi). Pemodelan sistem informasi penggajian menggunakan alat bantu UML yang terdiri dari tiga diagram yaitu use case diagram, class diagram dan activity diagram. Hasil dari pemodelan sistem informasi penggajian tersebut memberikan landasan untuk mengatasi masalah kurangnya integrasi data dan kurangnya dukungan sistem informasi. Kata kunci : Sistem informasi, UML, Penggajian

Abstract

This research is a continuation of previous research based on the analysis and design of human resource management information system that generates a database design and prototype of Human Resource Management Information Systems. This research focused on the implementation of database design into an integrated database system that connects all the functions in order to support the development of HR Management Information System at STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi. The research was conducted by re-designing the database schema that will be developed by making adjustments to the DBMS needs, design the transactions based on the conceptual schemas and implemented a database system using DDL (Data Definition Language) and DML (Data Manipulation Language) commands.

Abstract

In the process of data processing in SMA N 14 Muaro Jambi, administrative staff are still using paper recording, so it takes a long time in terms of search and report generation. Purpose of this study was to analyze problems that occur on academic information system that is currently running at the SMA N 14 Muaro Jambi. Other than i also want to design a system that is web-based academic information that will be used as a tool running system today. The method used in this research is the waterfall method and system modeling is object-oriented modeling is by using tools such as system design use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, and flowchart. This research resulted in applications that facilitate the school in improving performance in data processing and provision of report required by the school. With this application can help the school in its vision of making SMA N 14 Muaro Jambi into quality schools. Keywords: Information System, Web, Academic

Abstract

The asset management of STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi is have not optimal yet, one of several ways to optimize its management is by the use of information systems. The assets that were not optimal in its function will then usually be carried out or removed. This research produced a prototype system that describes the functional of selling and removing assets at STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi. Abstract

This study discusses the design of educational games Natural Sciences and Social Sciences based on android (4 Jambi SMAN case study). Based on the results of the identification of the existing problems in SMAN 4 Jambi, students are still having trouble receiving a lesson in school. This is due to the lack of time when the teacher explains the subject matter and a question and answer between teachers and students in school. For research and development in the design of educational game is conducted by four stages, namely planning, system design, system design and development. Of the four stages of this one is the design process can be done by analyzing the concept of the material about to be shown, by creating a class diagram. And for development system to use the system waterfall (waterfall). The objectives to be achieved in this research is to support the memory of students in the learning process and help students in getting additional material from educational games he played. This educational game in the form of a quiz game that can be played by students from class X, XI, and XII with a single player. Problems and their levels can also be added and deleted as desired admin / teacher school SMAN 4 Jambi. This educational game can be played on Android smartphones with version 2.3 of the Android Gingerbread minimum and maximum android smartphone is Android 5.0 Lollipop. Abstract

In such a competitive and global world as today, every Higher Education needs a professional lecturer who has high performance in an effort to achieve its goals. Therefore, every Higher Education needs to evaluate and assess the performance of the lecturer. STIKOM DB Jambi has not have a standardized system for assessing the performance of employees yet, especially the lecturer. In order to ease the assessment of the lecturer performance, several criteria and standards need to be set out to be used as the assessment guidelines. Thus, to support the information system, systems analysis and systems modeling are conducted by using the object-oriented approach with UML tools. Thus, by the existance of that information systems, STIKOM DB Jambi is helped in doing the assessment quickly and effectively. Abstract

New admissions system that runs at SMK N 6 Muaro currently still using a manual system. Applicant must must come directly to the school to find out the registration information, the registration process to see the announcement of the selection results. This resulted in frequent queues at school at the time of admission schedule. From the problems the author offers a solution with acceptance of new students information systems that are built using web-based programming language that is accessible to potential students through the Internet. System development method used is waterfall. With the web-based admission system acceptance process will become easier and faster. Additionally the report can be created automatically by the system. But this system can not send notifications using text messages so for further research in order to develop a notification system via short messages or SMS. Abstract

Sistem informasi terintegrasi memerlukan perencanaan strategis yang matang sehingga dalam pengembangannya dapat lebih efisien dan efektif. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan konsep Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). Salah satu penerapan sistem informasi terintegrasi adalah dalam menjalankan proses bisnis sebuah enterprise. SMP Negeri 1 Jambi bisa dikatakan sebuah enterprise. Oleh sebab itu sistem informasi terintegrasi juga dapat diimplementasikan pada sekolah ini. Pada penelitian terdahulu, penulis telah membuat analisis dan perancangan untuk penerimaan siswa baru. Sedangkan untuk penelitian kali ini dilanjutkan dengan membuat analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi untuk proses akademik. Keduanya ini adalah proses bisnis yang dijalankan oleh SMP Negeri 1 Jambi sebagai sebuah enterprise. Beberapa komponen yang ada pada penelitian ini adalah absensi siswa, pengolahan nilai, peunggahan soal, rapor, pengolahan laporan akademik, jadwal pelajaran, pengolahan data siswa dan guru. Dengan menggunakan pemodelan sistem informasi UML, penelitian ini menggunakan use case, activity diagram dan class diagram untuk menggambarkan fungsi-fungsi yang dapat dikembangkan. Pada akhirnya penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah prototipe sistem informasi akademik bagi SMP Negeri 1 Jambi berbasis web yang dapat diimplementasikan lebih lanjut sehinhha menghasilkan sistem informasi akaddemik yang dapat diterapkan di sekolah ini
